PURCHASE & LICENSING AGREEMENT

snow* is the main design and project brand for Nebraska Snow's (palomasnow resident) creative activity in virtual life.

All digital creations (including images, graphics, assets, and digital images) created or owned by Nebraska Snow under the snow* brand are protected under UK and International Copyright Law.

Rights:

All copyrights and ownership rights to snow* creations remain solely with Nebraska Snow.

Upon purchase, you (the end user) receive a limited license to reproduce, publicly display, and distribute these creations under the terms outlined below.

Overview:

You may:

• Use these creations in your own creations to sell or give away.
• Redistribute them with copy or transfer permissions.

You may not:

• Give away or sell them with both copy and transfer permissions simultaneously.
• Export them for use on any other grid outside of Second Life® without written consent from Nebraska Snow.

You must:

• Provide your own support for products derived from these creations.
• Redistribute them only as part of your own original work.

Full License Terms:

• You may reproduce and redistribute these creations only as part of your own work.
• Upon redistribution, you must change the permissions of any creations you received with full permissions (Copy/Modify/Transfer) to either:
  • Copy/Modify, No Transfer
  • Modify/Transfer, No Copy
• You may not redistribute creations with full permissions without written consent from Nebraska Snow.
• You are responsible for providing technical support for any derivative products.
• You agree to indemnify Nebraska Snow against any claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your redistribution of these creations.
• You may not copybot or alter authorship in a way that misleads or infringes on the original work's integrity. Doing so violates the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Other Details:

• FP Animations, Meshes, Scripts, and Textures may not be resold or redistributed as standalone items or included in other bundles.

Yes, as long as you change the permissions according to the license terms.
